**FADU H1 Revenue Hits ₩132.7B, Operating Profit ₩24B; Data Center Semiconductor Firm Eyes Stronger H2 on AI SSD Controller Demand** Data center semiconductor company FADU announced on July 20 that it recorded Q2 2025 revenue of ₩73.2 billion and operating profit of ₩16.3 billion, marking a 23% sequential increase from Q1 revenue of ₩59.5 billion and a more than threefold rise year-over-year. Operating profit more than doubled from ₩7.7 billion in the prior quarter. Cumulative first-half revenue reached ₩132.7 billion, nearly matching the combined total of ₩139.5 billion for the full years 2024 and 2025. H1 operating profit of ₩24 billion establishes a firm profit-driven growth structure. FADU has secured over ₩340 billion in new orders so far this year, based on public disclosures, and expects an even steeper growth trajectory in the second half driven by global customer base expansion. The company is strengthening its position in the global storage ecosystem by securing new server OEM customers, continuously expanding supply of its flagship Gen5 controllers, and preparing to supply next-generation Gen6 products in line with market adoption. The enterprise SSD controller business benefits from low exposure to supply-demand cycles and seasonality, with long-term supply contracts ensuring stable revenue and growth potential. CEO Ehyun Nam stated, “Following our successful turnaround to profitability in Q1, we have established a solid profit structure in Q2, laying the foundation for a quantum jump in both revenue and profit this year. Considering factors such as revenue increase driven by customer diversification and growth of controllers—a core storage component in the AI semiconductor market—we expect much stronger growth in the second half than the first half.”
