Organizers reported strong participation from global exhibitors and high-profile participants, but the prestigious central Paris location became overcrowded. Conference sessions limited to 20 minutes felt rushed. AI dominated the summit, but exhibition layout was disjointed, mixing infrastructure vendors with financial services. Notable absent exhibitors included Dell, HPE, Oracle, Intel, IBM, and Anthropic, while storage and SSD vendors were scarce. Neocloud players like CoreWeave and Crusoe were present, and new AI hardware vendors such as Cerebras and SambaNova took the stage. European tech presence remained limited despite sovereignty discussions. Key trends highlighted included investment dynamics, open-source AI, AI coding tools, token consumption optimization, and energy efficiency. The RAISE Summit 2027 will move to the larger Palais des Congrès, Porte Maillot, Paris, from July 6–8, 2027.
